On Sunday mornings in May, June and July, the message series will explore the Ten Commandments as the Bible's gold standard of guidelines for practical decision-making on a routine and a not-so-routine basis. WOW! Did We Have Rummage!

Thanks to everyone who donated, sorted, priced, worked the sale, bought treasures and cleaned up at the church's rummage sale this past weekend. It was an amazing event.

Welcome Back Youth mission team!

Thanks to everyone who prayed for the Youth group on their mission trip last week to Atlanta GA. Be sure to be attend the morning service on Sunday, July 12th when the group will share their experiences.

Salvation Army Says "Thank You!"

The Salvation Army of Goshen says, “Thank You!” Since October, 1,925 lbs of food have been donated through this church. Each family receives about 40 lbs. of food so this church has helped to feed 48 families! For the summer, donations should be taken directly to the Salvation Army.

Bar-B-Q Chicken Fund-Raiser

Tickets for Nelson’s Bar-B-Q Chicken go on sale next week. This youth fundraiser will be held in the parking lot at Tractor Supply Company (TSC), Goshen, July 11. Tickets are $5.50 each.

Golf Scramble July 12

A community golf scramble is planned for July 12. Bring a sack lunch to eat at the church before the group travels to Parmore Golf Course in New Paris. Cost is $10 per person.

More Drive-In Movie Nights Planned

More Drive-In Movie Nights are planned this summer at the church on July 31 and Sept 6. All will be held in the main church parking lot and start at dark. You can sit in your car or use chairs or put a couch in the back of your pick-up truck, but be sure to bring blankets. Come early to grill-out. There is no charge for the movie and there will be free popcorn and water. Don’t miss out on the fun! Kids are always welcome!

Support Group for Unemployed Men

A support group for under-employed and unemployed men meets on Saturday mornings at the church at 9 a.m. Mike Shearer leads the group and invites any unemployed men, recently re-employed men and men who may be uncertain about the future of their job to attend.

Support Group for Unemployed Women

A support group for unemployed women and the wives of unemployed men meets on Saturday mornings at the church at 10:30 a.m. Learn ways to save money plus get budget and menu ideas. Danni Shearer leads the group.

Crafters & Vendors Wanted

If you are interested in becoming a vendor at the church's Craft Bazaar on Nov. 7, complete an application (available as a download from this Web site). Vendors are accepted on a first come, first served basis.
