What is Communion?

Communion is a time set aside at Community Church of Waterford for intentionally

remembering the price Jesus paid for our sins and for drawing near to God. The Apostle Paul

writes instructions about Communion to the church in 1 Corinthians chapter 11 (verses 23-29).

At Community Church of Waterford, Communion is open to everyone whose heart is right and

who longs to experience God afresh and new as well as deepening their relationship with Him.

If you do not feel comfortable partaking in the elements of Communion (bread and cup) during

the service, it's okay to simply pass them on. Only you know what is right for you.
